Volunteer Management Training is highly recommended for any organisations who want to improve their involvement with attracting new volunteers to your organisation. A key element of this training is to work on your Volunteer Policy which is vital for any group taking on new volunteers. The Volunteer Policy will help you develop clear guidelines on why your organisation is involving volunteers and how volunteers will be involved, recruited, supported, recognised and evaluated in your organisation The course can be offered over four evenings from 7.00pm- 10.00pm, week days or a full day on Saturday. With sufficient number in an area we will offer this training in Edenderry, Banagher and in Tullamore.
