Volunteer Management Training

Volunteer Management Training is highly recommended for any organisations

who want to improve their involvement with attracting new volunteers to your organisation.

A key element of this training is to work on your Volunteer Policy

which is vital for any group taking on new volunteers. The Volunteer Policy will

help you develop clear guidelines on why your organisation is involving

volunteers and how volunteers will be involved, recruited, supported, recognised

and evaluated in your organisation

The course can be offered over four evenings from 7.00pm- 10.00pm, week days

or a full day on Saturday.  With sufficient number in an area we will offer this

training in Edenderry, Banagher and in Tullamore.
