Volunteer Management Training

Volunteer Management Training is highly recommended for any organisations who want to improve their involvement with attracting new volunteers to your organisation.

A key element of this training is to work on your Volunteer Policy, which is vital for any group taking on new volunteers. The Volunteer Policy will help you develop clear guidelines on why your organisation is involving volunteers and how volunteers will be involved, recruited, supported, recognised, and evaluated in your organisation. Details of this training are outlined below.

Plese note: Offaly VIS may be able to assist organisations interested in availing of such training in conjunction with Volunteer Centres in the region. Please contact us for further information.
